Side table exploring form, material and function
The āCā-shaped Note side table features simple, rationalist-style architecture and an elegant pairing of metal with a bronze finished and Whisky-coloured natural hide. Aesthetics and function become one in this piece, which combines three simple surfaces, each with their own specific purpose. The central surface is covered entirely with hide and is equipped with spacious pockets for storing objects – the larger for pens, journals, magazines and books, the smaller for remote controllers and other electronic devices. Note is, in effect, a small, multi-functional object – versatile, lightweight and easy to move.
